Survey forms provide the following information for each student; designated student and campus number (includes college name); age (i.e., 16-25, 26-35, 36-50, 51 and over); race; sex; educational program (i.e., baccalaureate; occupational; general); major study field; full-or-part-time; day or evening classes; total commuting hours; school preferences and reasons; satisfaction concerning educational objectives; program evaluation; college selection criteria rankings; treatment of baccalaureate transfer students and occupational students by faculty and counselors; evaluation or orientation program; library usage and comments; student assistance and guidance; and student opinion on academic financial priorities. File also includes a junior college list with faculty names and fields.
